Try Paragliding
Gain some altitude and try a relaxing and magical experience. The paragliding school offers tandem introductory flights. Don't be afraid, they are very professional. Once in the air, the spectacle and serenity are guaranteed (once the initial adrenaline rush has subsided a bit ;-) but 2 or 3 minutes are enough to calm down and fully enjoy this experience. The flight (about 30 minutes) costs around 70 EUR.

Voir des dauphins sauvages
Take a boat trip through the Sado River estuary and the Costa da Serra de Arrábida and Tróia to observe the Sado dolphins, the Corazon Roazes, a friendly community that lives at the river's mouth. There are about three dozen animals, making it one of only three estuaries in all of Europe with such a community. Many companies offer this excursion; I recommend booking online and comparing prices.

Les plages et son petit train "Transpraia"
Upon arriving at Fonte da Telha beach, once you reach the bottom of the descent, you need to turn right and go all the way to the end (about 1km). There you can leave your car or bicycle and buy a ticket for an absolutely amazing and picturesque train. The Transpraia runs along the beaches, through the open countryside, all the way to Costa da Caparica. You can get on and off wherever you like, an original way to discover the beautiful beaches of the region. Especially appreciated by children.
Degustation de vin
There are many places to visit vineyards in the area. I particularly recommend "Quinta de Alcube". This estate is located on the hills of the Setubal region. The place is magical. The tasting is free and you can go without a reservation. A bonus for those with children: there are many animals (ostriches, black pigs, ducks, chickens, rabbits, etc.) that will keep them entertained during your tasting. (About 30 minutes from the villa)

Mercado da Charneca
This fish market is a 5-minute drive from the villa. The fish: sea bream, sea bass, sole, grouper, cod, sardines, and octopus caught at night are available on the stalls early in the morning. Don’t forget the shellfish and crustaceans, such as the famous "Ameijoas" with coriander and garlic, a delight. You will be pleasantly surprised to see that the prices are much lower compared to Belgium and France. Additionally, you will also find a butcher, a bakery, fruits, and everything you need to cook delicious meals.

La reserve de l'Arrabida
Probably one of the most beautiful places in Portugal. Stunning coves, calm seas, and unspoiled nature. In July and August, you will need to leave your car at the entrance of the reserve and use the free open-top buses that take you from cove to cove. Out of season, you can explore them freely. My two favorite spots are Praia de Galapos (photos above) and Portinho da Arrabida.

Visiter Lisbonne
You can't miss this sublime city. If you have little time, I recommend focusing on Alfama and its enchanting alleys, resonating with the rhythms of fado. The whole city is worth exploring, and you will find many travel guides about Lisbon. To get there from the villa, it takes about 15 minutes (avoid leaving before 9 AM as the bridge is very congested early in the morning since it's the only access to Lisbon). You can also drive to Cacilhas and take a small ferry across. If you don't have a car, the bus stop for Lisbon is 200 meters away, but in this case, the journey takes about 45 minutes. Uber works very well in Lisbon, and the ride costs around 20 EUR.
